  • Check In / Check Out

    The rooms are ready for occupancy from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. We ask you to let us know your planned arrival time. If you arrive after 5 p.m., please call us to receive the PIN code for the key safe. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the room by 10 a.m.

  • The park

    For those arriving by car, there are two large parking spaces outside the hotel. There is a parking fee of 5 euros per day per car.

  • Our four-legged friends

    Of course, our four-legged friends are welcome here. We ask you to let us know in advance if you are arriving with your dog or cat. A small fee of 15 euros per day is charged for each animal.

  • Food intolerances & allergies

    We ask you to inform us of any food intolerances and allergies in advance.

  • Price list / reservation

    The room prices are per room per night and do not include our Italian breakfast. You can book this separately. We charge an additional fee of 18 euros per person for this. You can easily make deposits online. We are happy to consider your room requests and confirm the desired room category, but we cannot promise you fixed room numbers. We ask for your understanding in this regard.

  • down payment

    Deposits can be made via online bank transfer. Our bank details are as follows:

  • bouquet of flowers

    We would be happy to organize a beautiful bouquet of flowers for you according to your wishes. Please let us know in advance by email to info@albergo-toscana.de and we will help you with your surprise.

  • bike rental

    If you would like to rent a bike locally, we can help you organize it. Let us know by email or phone.

  • travel cancellation insurance

    Since cancellations can incur fees depending on the type and timing of the cancellation, it is advisable to take out travel cancellation insurance. People who have urgent appointments or doctor's appointments should especially consider taking out affordable travel cancellation insurance.

  • Cancellation Policy & Early Departure

    Free cancellation is possible up to 2 weeks before arrival.

  • payment of the hotel bill

    You can pay your hotel bill on site with cash, bank transfer, EC, Master or credit card.
